You’re invited to join me in my studio for an evening of relaxed and social art making.
Be immersed in the world of creative play, the sweet scent of flowers and enjoy a chilled glass of rosé as I walk you through some easy still life drawing and painting exercises.
This art making session is perfect for both beginners and creatives alike. We'll start the evening with some simple line work and a drawing exercise to get you loosened up, before I demonstrate a few key styles of floral still life art making, including continuous line and abstract florals.
While I will guide guests to find a style of botanical and still life painting they enjoy, this gathering will aim to provide an intimate setting for you to draw, paint and dabble to your hearts content for the remainder of the session, amongst flowers and candlelight, and alongside likeminded people.
A lovely session to bring your mum or a friend along to!
Sounds a little bit lovely, doesn’t it?
Ticket price includes grazing, bubbles and red wine + herbal tea
I'll provide you with some still life subjects, such as florals and vessels, to draw or paint from - but you're welcome to bring your own props along too.
I will have materials for you to use, but guests are also encouraged to bring their own watercolour or cartridge paper, as well as 1 or more mediums to experiment with. Some suggestions include:
Drawing ink, either bottled or in a dropper
Water colour paints
Charcoal or pencils
+ Any other materials you’d like to play with
As well as the following:
A paint shirt or apron
Tickets strictly limited to 12 people. Please contact me if you require your ticket to be on sold to another guest no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Unfortunately we're not able to refund tickets for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
